Have you ever traveled through Moynihan Train Hall in New York City?
The historic James A. Farley Building was transformed into a modern transit hub that helps ease congestion at Penn Station, one of the nation’s busiest transportation facilities.
Behind the scenes, ARM EnerTech Associates (AETA) a long-standing Siemens Solution Partner, designed, assembled, programmed, and commissioned a high-availability SCADA system that integrates with Amtrak’s Fire Life Safety System to monitor and control critical infrastructure. The system incorporates Siemens technology, including redundant SIMATIC S7-414-5H PLCs, SIMATIC ET 200M remote I/O, fiber-optic PROFIBUS rings, and SCALANCE Ethernet switches.
For 50 years, AETA has delivered the automation expertise behind the systems that keep essential facilities running.
