80 new homes. And Loudoun County’s first 100% attainable new development in decades.

Today marks the grand opening of Atlantic Blvd Apartments, transforming a former VDOT stormwater site into a new community for families in Sterling. The project moved from rezoning through permitting and construction in less than three years through a collaborative, expedited review process.

Our team was proud to support the project with civil engineering and infrastructure design, helping navigate stormwater, utilities, pedestrian connections, and site development along the way.

Congratulations to Good Housing VA, Green Street Housing, Loudoun County Government, and the entire project team on reaching this milestone.

We’re proud to celebrate Kelly on officially earning her Professional Engineer (PE) license!

Kelly has been an integral part of J2’s Transportation team since her early days as an intern, growing into a full-time team member and now a licensed Professional Engineer. It’s been wonderful to see her growth and accomplishments throughout her journey, and we’re excited to see what’s next for her!

Great conversations and valuable learning at the Virginia Association of Surveyors Fall Seminar in Front Royal this past week.

From new technologies that are changing how survey data is collected and delivered to discussions around upcoming datum and coordinate system changes, the sessions highlighted both the opportunities and challenges facing the profession. We enjoyed connecting with fellow survey professionals and appreciate the work VAS and the Shenandoah Chapter put into bringing everyone together.
