Safety at ALLWEST 🚧

For National Safety Month, our Hayden team was excited to show off their PPE for both vertical and horizontal work. On the left, Jonah O'Keefe, Engineering Technician, is wearing the harness used for vertical work, while on the right, Brady Krueger, Engineering Technician, is geared up in our standard ALLWEST PPE for general job site safety.

Ensuring each employee is properly equipped with the right PPE is essential to keeping our teams safe. We take pride in educating our employees not only on what to wear, but why it matters and which projects call for specific equipment.

Thank you to Jonah and Brady for being great ALLWEST models, and to Noah White, Safety Coordinator, for capturing it all behind the camera.

2026 is full of milestone anniversaries, and we’re excited to celebrate Halee Love from our Missoula office on 5 years with ALLWEST!

Halee joined us as a technician in the summer of 2021 and was quickly promoted to Laboratory Supervisor that fall. With her strong technical expertise and dedication, she was promoted again in the summer of 2024 to Laboratory/Project Manager, where she plays a key role in supporting the Missoula office.

Halee’s motto is, “If there’s a river involved, that’s where I want to be,” which has led her to work on some of our most scenic projects, including the Thompson Falls wastewater improvements and the McNamara Federal Highways project. There, she supported paving 8 miles of Forest Service road along the Blackfoot River Recreation Corridor, which is an experience she’ll never forget after spending two months testing in the forest along one of her favorite rivers.

Halee has also contributed to establishing our AASHTO and CCRL accreditations, supporting both our Missoula and Tri-Cities labs.

Outside of construction materials testing, Halee enjoys seeing her favorite bands live at music festivals and spending time with her family and four dogs.

Last month, Scott Fraser, Engineering Services Manager, had the opportunity to participate in the American Society of Civil Engineers – Inland Empire Highway Clean‑Up. Alongside fellow engineers, Scott stepped away from reviewing plans to help remove litter along a one‑mile stretch of I‑90 in West Spokane, Washington. It was an impactful reminder of the difference engineers can make on and off the job!

We are honored to recognize Kevin Dyekman, PG, CEG for achieving five years at ALLWEST!

Kevin joined the team five years ago as a Senior Engineering Geologist in our Meridian, ID office, where he focused on supporting the environmental and engineering departments and eagerly helped wherever he could. After a year, Kevin was promoted to Engineering Services Manager, where he hit the ground running and played a key role in growing the engineering department. A few years later, Kevin was selected to become Area Manager and has since been an invaluable leader for the Meridian team.

Kevin shares that his time at ALLWEST has been incredible, noting that his favorite memories include staff get‑togethers with his team and hitting the golf course with colleagues.

Our Tri-Cities team had a great time partnering with Hummel Construction and Development, LLC on the new ICCU building in Pasco, WA. From geotechnical engineering that helped design a strong foundation to special inspections that ensured quality throughout construction, we’re proud to support projects that strengthen our communities.

Julie serves as our Finance Manager and has been a key contributor to our business operations over the past five years. Her attention to detail, consistency, and behind-the-scenes impact help keep ALLWEST running strong every day.

Julie recently shared this photo with members of our Business Admin team while site‑seeing at the Idaho State Capitol in Boise... a great snapshot of the relationships and experiences that make ALLWEST special.
