We were honored to participate in the 3DE Senior Consultancy program with Junior Achievement of Northern Indiana and spend time investing in the next generation of leaders.

Our HR Manager, Kristen Powelson, joined a great panel discussion to share about 3DE's impact. The program gives students the opportunity to put together professional-level presentations and share them with company leaders from Directors to Vice Presidents to C-suite level all while still in high school. This puts them ahead of their peers in areas like research, public speaking, and critical analysis, and gives them tools they'll need as they transition into their careers.

Programs like 3DE also create meaningful connections between students and local businesses, helping bridge the gap between education and the workforce, and we’re proud to be part of that mission.
