🙌 Last week we hosted an appreciation lunch at our Duffie North job site with Mission BBQ and some well deserved prizes.

We couldn't have reached this point without the incredible team and the dedication they brought to this project every single day. Thank you to our entire crew and all of the subcontractors involved in this project!

Project Spotlight: DeRomo's Gourmet Market & Restaurant

Located in Promenade at Bonita Bay, DeRomo's Gourmet Market & Restaurant is a full-scale transformation that brought an authentic Italian neighborhood dining and shopping experience to Southwest Florida.

Project highlights:
→ 18,000 SF of total construction
→ Complete gut and rebuild of the previous 15,000 SF Silver Spoon restaurant footprint
→ 300-seat Tuscan-style casual dining room

🏗️ Project Update: Duffie North

Progress continues at Duffie North as both buildings take shape in Punta Gorda.
Building 1 reached another major milestone with the final bar joists now in place and roof decking underway. Window installation is also moving along as the building continues to close in.

Over at Building 2, dock levelers are being installed and crews continue making strong progress across the site.

A lot of coordination goes into keeping a project moving at this pace. Credit to the field teams making it happen every day.

Located in Marco Island, FL, Rose Marina is a state-of-the-art concrete boathouse built for hurricane protection and longevity.

Project highlights:
→ 144 dry storage bays accommodating vessels up to 43+ feet
→ 109 wet slips featuring both floating concrete and fixed docks
→ Solid concrete tilt-wall construction engineered to withstand 200+ MPH winds
→ Concrete panel separation between each bay for enhanced fire protection
→ 35,872 SF boathouse plus a two-story marina office complex and ship store

Project Update: Rainforest 🏗️

Our Concrete Team knocked out another big pour at the robotic fulfillment center, covering 46,000 square feet and placing approximately 1,200 cubic yards of concrete.

These kinds of pours take planning and long hours in the field. Solid work by our Concrete team pushing this project forward.
