Out with the worn surface, in with long-term performance.

This mill and overlay at Woodbury Lakes removed the top layer of deteriorated asphalt and replaced it with a fresh, smooth surface. Milling corrects surface imperfections and drainage issues, while the new overlay restores strength, ride quality, and curb appeal without the cost of full reconstruction.

Completed with careful phasing to keep traffic moving and minimize disruption to tenants and shoppers.

When most workdays are winding down, our in-house mechanics are just getting started.

Working day and night shifts, they keep our equipment clean, serviced, and ready to go, so we’re prepared for whatever project or storm comes next.

Our biggest snow event of the year — and possibly the largest in the last several years — is on its way. Here is what you can expect as we move through the rest of the weekend:

SATURDAY
- Cloudy and dry conditions this morning will continue into the afternoon, with a high in the upper 30s.
- Snow will begin developing across the area later this afternoon and will increase in intensity through the evening, with up to 4 inches of accumulation possible by midnight.
- Very heavy snow will then continue through the overnight hours, with snowfall rates of 1–2 inches per hour likely.

SUNDAY
- Heavy snow will persist into the day tomorrow before tapering to light snow and flurries during the afternoon.
- All snow is expected to move out of the area by around 7:00 PM Sunday.

Total accumulations from this storm are expected to range from 12–18 inches, with isolated pockets potentially exceeding 20 inches.

Wind will also be a factor with this event, with gusts up to 35 mph possible at times. This will create whiteout conditions and make travel extremely dangerous, especially overnight. If you have errands or travel plans, it would be best to complete them during the day today.

What to expect:
• On-call work when it snows
• Long shifts during snow events
• Shoveling sidewalks and entrances
• Work locations across the Twin Cities

Requirements:
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites
• Ability to work long hours in winter conditions
• Dependable and ready to work when called

• Seasonal position
• W9 / independent contractor
• Paid per event or hourly (based on role)
