🏗️ NOT YOUR EVERYDAY LAUNDRY EQUIPMENT INSTALLATION! 🏨

Another exciting project completed by the Loomis Brothers Equipment Company team!

We recently installed a commercial laundry ironer at the new Motto by Hilton Hotel in Downtown Indianapolis, located in the historic King Cole Building.

Transforming a historic building into a modern hotel comes with some unique challenges — and this installation was no exception!

With the hotel's laundry room located in the basement and limited access for large equipment, getting the ironer into place required some serious planning and coordination.

🚧 A section of the sidewalk had to be cut open.

🏗️ A crane was brought in to carefully lower the equipment through the opening.

💪 Our team then maneuvered the ironer into its new home in the basement laundry room.

When there's no conventional way in, we find a solution!

At Loomis Brothers, we do more than supply commercial laundry equipment. We bring the experience, teamwork, and problem-solving skills needed to get the job done — even when the job requires thinking outside the box!

👏 Great work to everyone involved in making this challenging installation a success!

💙 Giving Back to Our Local Schools 💙

Loomis Bros. Equipment Company was proud to recently donate a washer and dryer to Bowles Elementary School to help support the everyday needs of their students and staff.

The new laundry equipment will serve several purposes at the school, including giving staff the ability to quickly wash clothing when a student has a spill, accident, or simply needs a fresh change of clothes during the school day.

Sometimes something as simple as clean, dry clothes can help a student get comfortable, feel confident, and get right back to learning.

We’re grateful for the opportunity to support Bowles Elementary and the dedicated teachers and staff who take care of our local kids every day.

At Loomis Bros., we’ve been in the laundry business since 1949 — and we’re always happy when we can use what we do to help our community. ❤️

🏨✨ Another great installation completed by Loomis Bros. Equipment Company!

We’re proud to have partnered on the laundry equipment installation at the new Drury Plaza Hotel in Birmingham, Alabama. This beautiful new property stands on the site of a previous Drury hotel that served guests for nearly 40 years before being demolished to make way for a larger, modern facility designed for the future.

Projects like this are especially meaningful because they represent both a commitment to growth and an investment in the guest experience. Behind every successful hotel operation is a reliable laundry system working around the clock, and we’re honored that Drury Hotels trusted our team to help equip this impressive new property.
