We are looking for a hard-working, dedicated HVACR & Cooking Equipment Technician to join our growing staff. The individual in this role will be responsible for installing, inspecting, and fixing our customers’ heating, cooling, ventilation systems, refrigeration and cooking equipment systems. Candidates should have extensive experience handling, installing, and fixing equipment, and be comfortable working with little to no supervision.

To be successful in this position, technicians must possess strong analytical, problem solving and organizational skills. They should have the ability to work both independently and in teams as needed. Good math, communication and basic computer skills are also essential for this position. They should be in good physical condition, as this job will require that they lift and carry equipment and stand, kneel or stoop for long periods of time.

Understanding the operations of commercial refrigeration systems

Diagnosing malfunctions and defects in equipment

Reading blueprints and electrical and electronic schematics

Grasping electrical and plumbing concepts

Operating tools, gauges and other testing equipment for refrigeration systems Certification through the EPA to handle refrigerants required

Previous on the job training a plus

Strong verbal communication skills, ability to explain complex HVAC issues with customers in a way they understand

Critical-thinker, problem-solver

Must hold state driver’s license

Must be punctual and adhere to a daily schedule with multiple appointments in different locations'

We are hiring a Service Technician

We are looking for a hard-working, dedicated HVACR & Cooking Equipment Technician to join our growing staff. HVACR Project Estimator Estimater
Plan, coordinate, execute, and maintain an effective organization utilizing labor, equipment, materials, tools, subcontracted services, and other company resources to effectively perform the scope of contracted work within an allotted budget and time schedule.
Responsibilities:
* Prepare quotes, proposals for customer review
* Establish project cost control for tracking of equipment, material, labor, and miscellaneous cost
* Procure and manage project subcontractors and equipment vendors
* Inspect the jobsite on a regular basis for contract compliance and workmanship
* Follow-up on any required warranty work and maintain contact with owner to insure customer satisfaction
* Manage jobs with minimal supervision
* Estimate changes in scope of work
Requirements:
* 1 - 5 years experience in commercial HVACR
* Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
* Excellent organization skills
* Solid knowledge of the construction process
* Good computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and Microsoft Project
