September brought steady progress at the Dilworth Community Center!

Structural steel is going up, masonry walls are nearing completion, and roof decking is being installed above the support spaces. Inside, wall framing is also underway as the building continues to take shape.

With colder weather approaching, our team is coordinating the next phases of construction to keep the project moving forward through the fall and winter months.

𝗛𝗶𝗴𝗵𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗟𝗮𝗸𝗲𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄 𝗔𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝗗𝗲𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗶𝘁 𝗟𝗮𝗸𝗲𝘀 is ready to welcome residents!

We’re proud to complete and bring the vision of this new 36-unit apartment community to life! The project features a mix of one- and two-bedroom homes, underground parking, a community room, an amenity deck, a workout room, and lake views from many of the units.

It’s great to see this project come together and add another place for people to call home. Apartments are now available for rent, with showings available through Thrive Property Solutions.

Construction is progressing well on the new hockey rink! 🏗️🏒

Masonry bearing walls are up, the pre-engineered metal building has arrived and framing is underway, with precast floor installation coming up next. Together with Zerr Berg Architects, we are excited to be moving one step closer to completion. Check out the progress! 👇

There’s been plenty of progress behind the scenes, with painting underway, wood floors being refinished, ceiling work moving forward, and carpet installation coming up next.

We appreciate everyone’s patience with the construction and extra noise while visiting our office during the remodel over the last few weeks, and we promise the wait will be worth it!

We’re excited to see the new and refreshed spaces come together over the next few weeks. Stay tuned for more progress!

Happy 1-year work anniversary, Evan! 🎉

As a Construction Manager, Evan brings a problem-solving mindset and strong communication to every project, helping coordinate contractors, schedules, and the day-to-day details that keep work moving forward. Over the past year, he’s also played a key role in coordinating several 7 Brew projects across the Fargo area.

Outside of GCS, Evan continues his commitment to serving others as a volunteer firefighter and as a City Council Member for the City of Hankinson.
