This November, we honor and celebrate the rich cultures, traditions, histories, and contributions of Native American and Indigenous communities.

We recognize the strength, resilience, wisdom, and enduring spirit of Indigenous peoples, while honoring the generations who have preserved their languages, traditions, and heritage.

May this month be a reminder to listen, learn, celebrate, and show respect—not just in November, but throughout the year.

Honor the past. Celebrate the present. Empower the future.

The days are shorter, the sun sets sooner,
Fall is rolling in, bringing cooler weather!
From the field to the office, LACO’s on the go,
Watching the seasons change wherever we go!

Shorter days and autumn skies,
There’s still plenty of work to do as fall arrives!
