An Afternoon at the Ballpark!
This past Wednesday, Sarnova's Dublin employees stepped away from the office to enjoy an afternoon together at the Columbus Clippers game.

It was a great opportunity to connect outside of work, share a few laughs, and take in a beautiful night of baseball right here in our local community.

Moments like these are a reminder that what makes Sarnova strong isn’t just the work we do — it’s the people behind it. Building relationships, supporting one another, and creating space for connection are all part of how we show up for each other every day.

To honor EMS Week, today we proudly partnered with the American Red Cross to host a blood drive at our office.

Blood is a lifesaving resource for EMS professionals and the patients they serve every day.

Thanks to the generosity of our team, we collected 34 units of blood. Each one has the potential to make a meaningful difference when it matters most.

Last week, our offices were full of curiosity, creativity, and a few very enthusiastic first-time “clock-ins” as we celebrated Take Your Kids to Work Day at Sarnova!

From Donuts with Grownups and job interviewing tips, to kid-friendly Marketing 101, co****le breaks, and a special fire truck visit, the day gave our future leaders a behind-the-scenes look at what it means to work together in service of others.

Outside of helping around the office, kiddos also spent time writing letters to deployed service members—reminding us that empathy and service start early.

We love moments like these that bring our work, our families, and our values together. Thank you to everyone who helped make the day meaningful—and fun!
