We successfully completed the module preparation for a critical engine repower project heading to South Carolina. This complex upgrade involved switching the engine for a powerful new MTU 4000 Tier 4.

Our process began by sending the module frame to a local Tucson fabricator for key modifications. Back in-house, our team performed the intensive assembly: setting the frame, installing the MTU engine, mounting the alternator adaptors, and fitting a brand-new radiator assembly. We finished by running all wiring and custom-fabricating the coolant piping in-house.

The fully assembled module is now prepped and shipped. We're proud of the precision and technical expertise demonstrated in executing this powerful upgrade.
