More Farm Store is looking for a highly motivated, Store Lead/Equipment Sales Representative for our Ridgeville Corners, Ohio location.
Established in 1913, More Farm Stores is a 4th generation family owned business with 4 locations in Indiana, and 1 location in Northwest Ohio. We are among the top dealers in the Midwest for Kubota Tractors, Construction and Turf Equipment. We are looking for a results driven retail sales specialist to be responsible for sales and overall customer service. The successful candidate will be able to enhance customer satisfaction, meet sales and profitability goals, and create a upbeat, fun environment for customers. Candidates will have the most success if they have a background in Ag or Commercial equipment sales or rental, retail store management, or on the road sales.
Responsibilities Include
● Develop business strategies to raise our customer pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability
● Meet sales goals, and achieve store parts and service goals
● Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service
● Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
● Report on buying trends, customer needs, profits etc.
● Propose innovative ideas to increase market share
● Be a shining example of ethics and high performance Skills
● Fluent in basic to intermediate computer skills
● Powerful leading skills and business orientation
● Customer management skills
● Strong organizational skills
● Good communication and interpersonal skills
