We loved bringing together an inspiring community to connect, learn, and grow in male-dominated fields!! This conference highlighted perspectives that reach far beyond engineering like authentic leadership, effective communication, and work life balance🌟💼🩷

A huge thank you to our incredible keynote speakers:

- Megan Watson, Chief Engineer at Boeing Global Services🚀💫
- Debbie Whitis Korth, Deputy Manager of NASA’s Orion Program, who shared insights on the Artemis II mission👩‍🚀🌕

Our roundtable sessions with five amazing women in high level industry also sparked powerful conversations and new perspectives ⚙️💡
