As the distributor of TEKA products in the Asia region, ACME Equipment provides machinery to overseas clients. We recently delivered a TPZ 3000 unit to a client in Vietnam, which is also where our other office is located.

TEKA supplies machinery suitable for large batching operations such as batching plants and mixers. The TPZ 3000 is a planetary counter-current mixer with a filling capacity of up to 400kg and an output capacity of 1.5m³. The build of the mixing stars provides intensive mixing at the center of the mixer, allowing for rapid homogenization of batch materials at an effective rate.

TEKA mixers are highly customizable and come in many sizes, outfitted with different specialized parts like specific skip hoists, discharge gates, as well as different paddles and wall scrapers. ACME Equipment is an official distributor of REED products in the Asia region. We are based in Singapore, and are able to arrange both local and international deliveries to our clients. We recently completed a delivery of the SOVA gunite machine and some gunite accessories to an overseas client.

The SOVA gunite machine is an air-driven, dry-mix machine capable of shotcrete works and refractory spraying, generally suitable for many types of jobsites; underground, bridge repair and others. At ACME, we are able to supply a SOVA-compatible hydronozzle customized for refractory gunning works. This type of nozzle thoroughly hydrates the materials before they reach the tip, and allows for concentrated spraying in tight areas.

The MAI Pictor pump is one of our most popular products, commonly used in HDB/condominium construction projects by clients here in Singapore. We recently completed the delivery of a new Pictor pump unit to a local client’s job site, where we also provided a free training session to familiarize the client’s staff with proper operational and maintenance procedures.

The MAI Pictor pump is a grouting pump used frequently for pressure/PPVC grouting, spraying and injecting compounds. It requires only a single phase 230V power source, is approximately 33kg, and is comparatively powerful for its maneuverability.

ACME Equipment is the sole distributor of TEKA products in the Asia region. Based in Singapore, we deliver locally and arrange for delivery to overseas clients. Recently, we provided TEKA mixer parts to a client, who required wear parts for their THZ 2250 mixer machine.

TEKA mixers are highly customizable to client’s requirements, ranging from 250L to 4500L filling capacity and able to be affixed with different heavy-duty scrapers, skip hoists, and other accessories to suit their purpose. Fresh wear parts like scrapers and paddles are necessary to sustain operation of the machine across its lifespan. To ensure customers receive their orders as soon as possible, we stock common wear parts and quickly source those we do not from our supplier per client order.

Recently, we ran an equipment demonstration test for one of our clients. Showcasing the machine functions and testing its compatibility with the client’s desired material ensures the client will be able to make a more informed decision.

The material tested was the Estotect MMA system by ESTOP, consisting of a primer and pigment coating. The primer material is silane-siloxane, and the paint itself is a methacrylate solvent-based coating. This paint material is intended for use on structures in marine and coastal environments, protecting them from degrading from exposure to elements. The breathable, dirt repellant paint coat preserves the integrity of the structure it is applied to.

We tested this material for the client with our Pictor pump and spraygun attachment, equipment intended for spray-painting and coating surfaces with such materials. The result of the test was an even coating of the material, a combined result of the industry-standard spray application capabilities of our pump and attachment.

ACME Equipment recently supplied an overseas client with a unit of the MAI Pictor pump. The client ordered the grouting pump along with accessories and added spare parts, which we packed onto a pallet to prepare for delivery. The entire process, from order confirmation to delivery-ready packing, was completed within a few days, during which we also worked to coordinate the rest of the delivery process with the client.

The MAI 2Pump Pictor is a portable electric grouting pump. Its low voltage requirement and small size make it highly suitable for smaller job sites, such as local HDB and condominium projects, where it is used for bottom-up grouting as part of the pre-cast grouting pipeline.
