We recently sent a batch of REED spare parts over to a client in Manila, Philippines. These are machine parts and accessories for the company’s SOVA machine, a shotcrete and gunite machine we have supplied to many clients across the South East Asia region.

Once we had processed their order, we took the parts directly from our warehouse store and packed them safely onto a pallet for transport. We also arranged for freight shipping to the Philippines, where our client would receive the goods.

We have the commonly used wear parts and accessories in stock at our warehouse, and are thus able to arrange for the delivery of most orders immediately upon order confirmation. If your order requires us to contact our supplier, we will inform you in advance of the estimated lead time for the delivery.

Our newest batch of ChemGrout machinery has arrived in store! Our CG550 and CG500 models have been restocked and are now readily available for immediate delivery to local clients, or scheduled delivery to overseas clients.

The CG550 is an upright, compact combination mixer and pump that sees frequent use in local HDB projects, while the CG500 is a skid mounted, high volume production grout plant.

The CG500's twin mixing tanks enable continuous mixing and pumping, allowing for high uniform output. It is suitable for most commercial pre-bagged grouts, neat cement, and sand/cement mixes, and is commonly used for tunnelling projects.
Pump type and power options are versatile, as ChemGrout machines are highly customizable.

Recently, we delivered two refurbished units of the MortarMaster VSE500 to our client in Malaysia. The VSE500 is a sand and screed pump that conveys materials over long distances and into areas that are difficult for workers to reach. It is commonly used for large area floor screeding, and is well-suited to handling several types of materials including floor screed, chipping and pre-mixed concrete, as well as dry or wet sand.

The VSE500 is now considered an older model, and we do not have new units of it in stock – all new units are of the VSE650, an improved iterative design of the screed pump. As this is the case, we refurbished the machines before sending them out to ensure they functioned at full capacity for our client. For transparency, we highlighted the year the machine was initially in stock and sold the machines to our client at a discount accordingly.

As part of our after-sales support for our client, we visited their job site for machine maintenance, and brought their ChemGrout CG550 back to our workshop for full inspection and repair works.

It is often the case that our clients heavily use these machines daily, and so the units tend to suffer from wear and tear over their project duration. To support our clients, we provide waived labor fees for our repair works for a year, starting from date of machine purchase. For one year, repair costs for the purchased machine will only include the spare parts replaced during the repair job.

We perform most maintenance repairs at the job site, but if more complex repairs are necessary we will take the machine back to our workshop for a proper inspection. Delivery can be arranged back to your site for a fee. Otherwise, you may collect the machine from our store after repairs are complete.

We recently completed the delivery of a new MAI Pictor pump unit to our long-time client’s transport interchange and tunnel project site. This client has used several units from us for multiple projects the units are suited for, and we are happy to continue extending our services to them. Every purchase of a unit is backed by lifetime after-sales support for repairs and a warranty period covering manufacturer defects.

We recently delivered a brand-new Pictor pump unit to a client’s HDB construction project site upon receiving their order. The MAI Pictor pump is a portable grouting machine, suitable for on-site pumping of mixed compounds and ex*****on of bottom-up grouting techniques. Its compact size and efficient flow rate for its 230V Single-Phase power requirement make it popular amongst our clients, especially those working on HDB projects.

The machine comes with commonly used accessories and some cleaning balls. Upon delivery, we provide a training session free of charge for the client’s staff, ensuring they are well-informed on proper maintenance and operation of the machine.
