DSCO Event Spotlight |

A new chapter for DSCO Indonesia! 🇮🇩

Last week, we officially opened the doors to our new and expanded Indonesia office.

The move to a larger space reflects the continued growth of our Indonesia team and our commitment to supporting our people as we strengthen our presence and capabilities in the market.

To mark the occasion, we held separate Muslim and Catholic blessing ceremonies for the new office, bringing our team together to celebrate this meaningful milestone and wish for continued success in the years ahead.

A heartfelt thank you as well to everyone who took the time to send their congratulations, well wishes and thoughtful gestures. We truly appreciate the support.

Most importantly, thank you to our DSCO Indonesia team. We look forward to seeing the team continue to grow and to creating many more milestones together in our new home.

Here’s to the next chapter for DSCO Indonesia!

🇸🇬 Celebrating Singapore, Together in Red & White ❤️🤍

Our DSCO Singapore team came together in red and white as we celebrate Singapore’s 61st National Day! 🇸🇬

Singapore’s journey has always been one of progress, resilience and building for the future — values that resonate strongly with us at DSCO.

Having grown alongside Singapore for more than three decades, we are proud to call Singapore home and to play our part in supporting the infrastructure that keeps our increasingly digital world connected.

Most importantly, it is our people who continue to drive us forward. Today, we celebrate not just our nation’s achievements, but also the teamwork, dedication and shared spirit that allow us to keep growing together.

From all of us at DSCO Group, Happy 61st National Day, Singapore! 🇸🇬

Majulah Singapura!

DSCO Community Connection |

During our recent DSCO Da Nang trip, a small group of us had the opportunity to visit the Village of Hope — a centre in Da Nang that supports orphaned, disabled, and disadvantaged children. Established in 1993, the Village currently cares for more than 100 children, providing them with a safe environment to learn, grow, and build a future.

What made the visit especially meaningful was knowing that every DSCO employee contributed in one way or another. From daily necessities and toiletries to snacks, stationery, and other donated items, every contribution came purely from the kindness and generosity of our people.

We also arranged a Jollibee dinner for the children that evening 🍗❤️

It may seem like a simple meal, but watching the children get excited, laugh together, and enjoy the evening reminded us how meaningful even small gestures can be.

For us, this became one of the most memorable moments of the entire trip.

As DSCO celebrates our 35th anniversary, the visit was also a meaningful reminder that growth is not only measured by business milestones, projects, or expansion — but also by our ability to give back, support communities, and make a positive impact beyond the work we do every day.

Proud and thankful to be part of a company where people genuinely care — not because they have to, but because they want to.

DSCO Event Spotlight | 35 Years. One Team. One Journey. 🌏

This year marks a very special milestone for DSCO Group as we celebrate our 35th Anniversary — and for the very first time, we brought together colleagues from across all our offices in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Taiwan and Hong Kong for a 4D3N regional gathering in Da Nang, Vietnam.

Over the few days together, we shared:
🏢 A regional townhall reflecting on our journey, growth and future direction
🏖️ Beach bonding activities filled with energy, teamwork and laughter
🌆 Free & easy sessions exploring Da Nang and Hoi An together beyond work

What made this gathering even more meaningful was having some of our family members join us on this trip as well. Behind every long day, challenging project and milestone achieved, is the unwavering support, understanding and encouragement from our loved ones. We are truly grateful for the support they continue to give to every member of the DSCO family.

Bringing together teams from different countries, cultures and backgrounds reminded us of the strength of collaboration and unity across the DSCO Group.

This trip was more than just a celebration — it was a reminder that beyond projects and achievements, it is our people, relationships and shared values that continue to shape who we are as ONE DSCO.

As DSCO continues to grow across the region, this milestone also reflects the dedication, resilience and contributions of everyone — past and present — who has been part of the journey over the last 35 years.

Thank you to everyone who made this memorable celebration possible.

Here’s to the next chapter ahead together.

DSCO Event Spotlight |

The DSCO Singapore team came together to celebrate the 15th day of the Lunar New Year with a traditional Lo Hei (Yu Sheng) gathering at the office. It was a wonderful opportunity for everyone to pause from our busy schedules, come together as a team, and share in the festive spirit while tossing the Yu Sheng for prosperity, good fortune, and success in the year ahead.

Beyond the symbolic tradition, it was also a meaningful time to reconnect with colleagues across teams, share laughter, and celebrate the start of a new year together.

Once Again, wishing everyone a year filled with prosperity, good health, and continued success.

DSCO Talent Engagement |

Great conversations and fresh energy at the SIT Career Fair last week!

Our DSCO engineers enjoyed connecting with students and graduates, sharing real-world insights into M&E engineering, career pathways, and what it’s like working on complex projects such as data centres and large-scale developments.

It was encouraging to see the level of curiosity and thoughtful questions from attendees. Always inspiring to meet the next generation of engineers—curious, driven, and full of potential. Thanks to Singapore Institute of Technology and everyone who stopped by our booth.

🎄✨ Christmas Reflections & New Year Wishes ✨🎄

As the year comes to a close, it’s a timely reminder that behind every project, milestone, and achievement are people—teams working together, partners who trust us, and clients who believe in what we do.

This year has brought its fair share of challenges and wins, and we’re grateful for the resilience, collaboration, and relationships built along the way.

As we step into a new year, we look forward to continuing this journey together—stronger, wiser, and more connected.

Wishing everyone a Merry Christmas and a New Year filled with good health, purpose, and new possibilities. 🌟

DSCO Event Spotlight |

Two weeks ago, our PT DSCO Indonesia team came together with their families for a meaningful Year-End Family Appreciation Dinner, celebrating not just the close of another successful year, but the people who make our journey possible.

At DSCO, we recognise that behind every dedicated team member is a strong support system at home. This gathering was our way of saying thank you to our families for their understanding, encouragement, and unwavering support throughout the year.

It was a wonderful evening filled with good food, laughter, and shared moments — a reminder that our strength as an organisation is built on both professional collaboration and personal connections.

As we wrap up the year, we look forward to continuing this journey together and achieving even greater milestones ahead.
