This is the amount of dirt we washed out of a F30 customer’s blower fan yesterday.
It’s a buildup of dust, oil etc that sticks to the fan fins over time which results in reduced fan efficiency, ie airflow, possible growth of bacteria, allergens and more.
Enjoy better airflow, cleaner safer air after our fan cleaning . Best coupled with regular replacement of AC filter.

Cleaning time.
AC blower fan cleaning and we are using a different chemical cleaner this time (cleans up even much thoroughly and it’s totally safe on the abs plastic and smells great).
Look at all the dirt we flushed out.

Blower Motor Housing Recon
With the base layer of stainless steel mesh, it will function to prevent big debris from entering even when the top layer of open cell foam media wears off next time.
Top layer is of cos the open cell foam, to filter out fine debris but at the same time ensuring decent airflow in.

Blower Motor Housing (Exposed) with Old Filter Media Disintegrated
Without this pre-filter, all the debris can get into the AC system, leaving the cabin filter to do the work of this pre-filter, ie the cabin filter gets clogged up faster.
