NCAB Group

NCAB Group We produce PCBs for demanding customers, on time with zero defects, produced sustainably at the lowest total cost. Our headquarters are located in Sweden.

NCAB Group is a leading global producer of printed circuit boards, PCBs. Our mission is to produce PCBs for demanding customers, on time with zero defects, produced sustainably at the lowest total cost. We call our production method integrated PCB production, which in practice means that we take full responsibility for the entire PCB delivery process and work closely with both our customers and ou

r factories. We do not own our factories, but we "own" what is most important: the relationship and process with both customer and factory. We create optimum production conditions through our strong purchasing power and expertise in PCB production. A GLOBAL ORGANIZATION
The NCAB Group is a truly global organization, with offices in Europe, US and Asia. Visit www.ncabgroup.com to find your nearest office. Our vision is to be the number 1 PCB producer wherever we are, and we work according to our company values: Quality first, Strong relationships, Full responsibility. SUSTAINABLE TECHNICAL SOLUTIONS
We know that the PCB, normally at the heart of all electronic equipment, can be a complex product. Equally, we belive that the best PCB solutions can only be developed through dialogue with our customers, actively seeking cooperation and offering our technical knowledge, expertise and input within the design phase of the product.

Standards and certifications play a key role in ensuring PCB quality, reliability, and compliance.
At NCAB Group, we follow internationally recognised standards such as IPC, ISO and UL, as well as industry‑specific requirements for sectors like medical, automotive, aerospace and defence.
Here’s an overview of the standards and certifications we work with — and why they matter in practice:

Circularity in PCBs won’t be solved by reuse—it’ll be solved by materials.
PCBs are application‑specific; reuse rarely scales. Real traction is coming from material‑level circularity and LCA models: rating processes and finishes, and testing recyclable/bio‑based laminates that meet performance demands. The conversation is shifting from “Can we reuse?” to “Which materials return to the value chain—and how?”

Climate begins in .
Panel utilisation, stackups, finishes, and material choices lock in climate impact long before fabrication. That’s why we’re bringing thinking into design reviews — testing recyclable laminates alongside traditional options and making climate a design parameter, not an afterthought.
The result: less waste, smarter material choices, and better logistics — starting at layout, not at the loading dock.

💡 How to make a reliable PCB – 12. Packaging 💡
The last step in our production process; Wrap and pack.
Good packaging is essential not only to protect the boards during storage, but also to ensure the solderability of the PCBs. Before packing them, the boards are counted manually or by an automatic machine, which also check part numbers and separate different date or batch codes.

Finally, the PCBs are packed: stacked on a tabletop, a desiccant is added to remove humidity from the shrink-wrapped package. The boards then go into a shrink-wrapping machine to seal the package, creating a soft vacuum by removing most of the air.

👉🏼 New blogpost: PCB design for supply stability
Design for supply stability is ultimately about building resilience into the PCB design itself. That requires closer collaboration between engineering, sourcing, and customers from the earliest stages of a project.
We see this as a natural extension of our role. By combining technical expertise with supply chain insight, we help customers create designs that are not only functional and cost effective, but also stable and scalable in an increasingly unpredictable market.
