Bygging-Uddemann is proud to announce the successful completion of the works for the propane storage tank at the Ceyhan (PP) Production Plant, on May 1st.

With an impressive diameter of 72 meters and a height of 29.2 meters, the tank represents a major achievement in large-scale industrial construction and highlights Bygging-Uddemann’s expertise in delivering complex slipforming solutions with precision, safety, and efficiency.

The project was carried out for our valued clients Rönesans Holding and Ballast Nedam as part of one of the region’s significant industrial developments.

Our caisson project with Daewoo E&C in Donghae, Korea, has now entered the full production phase! Two caissons are being cast simultaneously within a single gantry to improve overall production efficiency.

For the first time, slipform technology has been used to produce caissons at sea in Japan! Two floating docks were used for simultaneous production of RC-caissons.

Our role in the construction of Princess Elisabeth Energy Island, has reached its final phase with the last caisson (23rd) being moved to the floating dock using our skidding system.

Since 20 March 2024, caisson production has been underway in Vlissingen, the Netherlands. These caissons form the foundation of the artificial island, which is designed to consolidate and distribute offshore wind energy.

Offshore installation of the remaining structures will resume in the North Sea, 45 km off the Belgian coast, this spring.
