A few MR2 3S engine parts in now for vapour blasting. ITB blasted at lower pressure in partially to minimise risk of getting media into bearings and now getting a 3rd run through the sonic cleaner.

Just finishing up another bike gearbox that was in for super finishing. This was dirty when first unpacked so was run through our heated sonic cleaner and then they were disassembled. Next they were subjected to vapour blasting with a peening media and last into the super finishing machine

Some very old Cheviot mag wheels which have been in the elements for years. Showing a lot of oxidation. We blasted this with a blend of garnet and glass bead to make the to be painted with something for the paint to key onto.
