Patton Group Acquires Tilley Group, Forming Tilley and Patton

Patton Group is pleased to announce the acquisition of Tilley Group, a respected name in Wellington’s engineering industry for over 100 years. From May 2025, the company will operate as Tilley and Patton, continuing to supply its trusted product range while expanding its market presence in the manufacturing sector.

Now, as Tilley and Patton, the company is set for its next growth stage, benefiting from enhanced innovation and expanded engineering expertise through its collaboration with the Patton Group, it will also relocate to modern premises in Seaview, joining forces with architectural metalwork specialists Steel E.D. & Patton.

This strategic acquisition unites two industry leaders, driving innovation and delivering outstanding engineering solutions across New Zealand and beyond.
