Great progress being made on this Auckland project 👷‍♂️

We recently shifted this home back on the section to create space for a new basement conversion underneath. The excavation has now been completed, creating the space needed for the new basement while keeping the original home in place.

The team .nz have successfully lifted this dwelling to the engineered design height.

The structure is now fully supported with temporary bracing to ensure stability and compliance before we move into the next phase of works. Achieving correct elevation and secure bracing is a critical stage in any lift, setting the foundation for everything that follows.

Back in 2025, I purchased a pool construction company, and for the last 8-9 months I’ve been quietly building and refurbishing pools across Auckland, the Coromandel, and Queenstown.

Today, that business is Finishrite Pools — and we’re going all-in.

Preparation works are underway on this beautiful old 1900s villa in Mount Eden 🏡✨

This home had uneven floors and failing structural piles, so HouseLifters Auckland Limited has been called in to re-level the floors by jacking and packing the existing piles. We’re also installing new piles beneath the load-bearing walls to re-stabilise the foundation and give this villa a stronger, longer life.
