In samenwerking met onze Fassi dealer ESA Trucks Nederland hebben wij aan de firma Heidema B.V. te Ten Boer een Fassi F1250R.2.8 + L626 TECHNO mogen leveren.

De volledige opbouw is gedaan volgens klantwens in goede samenwerking tussen , Heidema en onze engineers.

Voertuig betreft een Volvo FH Aero 8x2 met steunpoten weggewerkt in de wielkasten inclusief chassisversterking.

De kraan is “full option” waarvan hieronder een aantal opties uitgelicht:
-L626 fly jib
-V28, 2.000kg lier met Fassi permanente lierpoelies en AWC. Synchroon lieren met uiterste precisie inclusief de mogelijkheid om kraan met gemonteerde lierpoelies en lierkabel in te vouwen. Ook is het mogelijk de lierkabel “vast” te koppelen aan fly jib tijdens werkzaamheden.
-FX link Fassi-Volvo , canbus interface om real time data van truck af te lezen op de afstandsbediening. Denk hierbij aan brandstofverbruik, aslasten, schakeling van werkverlichting etc.
-Dubbel hydraulisch circuit voor een hoge werksnelheid en comfort. Uitgerust met dubbele oliekoeler en met een op maat gemaakte hydrauliektank op de kraanvoet.
-FSC-TECHNO, variabel stabiliteitssysteem die het uiterste uit de kraan haalt in iedere stempel en kraan configuratie. De machinist heeft meerdere mogelijkheden het systeem te laten werken wat erg veel vrijheid biedt tijdens alle voorkomende werkzaamheden.
-Fassi heeft de kraan + fly jib gespoten in één kleur na wens inclusief blanke lak volledig af fabriek.

Back in April, we had the opportunity to film a true Fassi lifting Fassi moment – a Fassi F1050R.2.9-HXP Techno equipped with an L436 fly jib, lifting a Fassi F85.

Now, we’ve taken things to another level.

We put the Fassi F2350RL.2.8-HXP Techno, equipped with both the L958 and L153 fly jibs, through its paces.

Here are the lifting specifications with the single and double fly jib configurations:

Fassi F2350RL.2.8-HXP Techno + L958
• Max lifting capacity: 10 t at 8 m
• Max horizontal reach: 47.3 m, lifting 340 kg
• Max vertical reach: 51 m, lifting 700 kg

Fassi F2350RL.2.8-HXP Techno + L958 + L153
• Max lifting capacity: 2.2 t
• Max horizontal reach: 50.6 m, lifting 150 kg
• Max vertical reach: 59 m, lifting 150 kg

At first, operators buy a flyjib to complete just a handful of specialist jobs… then they wonder how they ever worked without one.

That’s because a flyjib opens up a whole new world of lifting capabilities and opportunities, allowing the crane to complete jobs that the main boom alone simply can’t.

Lifting isn’t just about power. It’s also about access and precision.

Sometimes, a flyjib is the difference between completing a job and having to walk away from it.

Even when investing in one of the world’s most powerful loader cranes, Hulster Transport chose the Fassi F2350R.2.8-HXP Techno with the double fly jib (L958 + L153) for exactly this reason. Their crane has been purpose -built for glass installation in the narrow streets of Amsterdam, while still being capable of reaching the heights of modern buildings.

In these applications, access and precision are just as important as lifting capacity.

The F2350R.2-HXP Techno is available with two main boom configurations: an 8-extension version and a 10-extension version.

The F2350R.2.8-HXP Techno can be equipped with four different fly jib options:
• L956
• L957
• L958
• L958 + L153

The L958 + L153 configuration featured here has been specifically optimised for vertical lifting above a 40° boom angle.

The F2350R.2.10-HXP Techno is compatible with two fly jib options:
• L626
• L958

The L626 is particularly suited to applications requiring greater lifting capacity at shorter working radii.

At the end of the day, there isn’t a single “best” flyjib.

The right choice depends on the operator’s work, the environments they operate in, and the challenges they face every day.
