From waste… to dinner 🍲🔥♻️

Last week we hosted our Biogas Demo Day with Sargas Limited and honestly… it was so cool to see everything come to life.

We fed the digester, saw the fertilizer come out, followed the gas line… and then actually used it to cook a full meal in our outdoor kitchen garden 🌿🔥

Like… your food scraps turning into fuel? Crazy (in the best way)

Big thank you to everyone who came out—hoteliers, media, and all the curious minds 💚

Special shoutout to:
✨ Renatta Fielden
🔥 Sherwin Sandy (biogas expert + chef combo 👨🏽‍🍳)
🤝 Benjamin Nestorovic

This is just the beginning… we’ll be doing more demo days throughout the year 👀

Who’s coming to the next one?

Turning waste into energy 🔥♻️

Last Wednesday, we hosted our Biogas Demo Day with Sargas Limited and it was such a great turnout 🙌🏽

We walked guests through the full process—from feeding the digester, to seeing the fertilizer output, to using the gas line… and of course, cooking a full meal using biogas in our outdoor kitchen garden 🍲🌿

Huge thank you to everyone who came out—hoteliers, media, and all those curious about sustainable solutions 💚

Special shoutout to our team:
✨ Renatta Fielden (Sales & Marketing)
🔥 Sherwin Sandy who led the demo and cooked for us (yes, he’s a chef too 👨🏽‍🍳)
🤝 Benjamin Nestorovic for the support

This is just the start — we’ll be hosting more demo days throughout the year, so stay tuned if you want to learn more about biogas and how it can work for you 👀

We’re proud to share a major milestone for SarGas 🌊

SarGas Ltd has secured a USD $250,000 grant from Outrigger Technical impact fund (OTAF) to advance SarGas ONE — our first full-scale sargassum-to-biogas facility in the Caribbean.

This funding moves us into final investment preparation and brings us one step closer to turning a regional environmental challenge into renewable energy and opportunity.

The future of Caribbean climate innovation is here. 💚

🌿 Did you know this “seaweed problem” is actually a powerful solution?
Sargassum isn’t just something that washes up on our beaches — it’s a resource with the power to change the way we live, work, and power our islands. 💡✨
➡️ Swipe through to see 3 problems sargassum solves:
1️⃣ Methane reduction – keeping harmful greenhouse gases out of our atmosphere.
2️⃣ Clean energy – producing biogas that can replace imported fossil fuels.
3️⃣ Organic fertilizer – giving back to the soil and supporting local farmers.
At Sargas Limited, we believe that what looks like waste can fuel a more sustainable Caribbean. 🌊⚡🌱
