🌱 Big news for SarGas! 🇬🇩

We’re excited to announce that SarGas Ltd has been awarded funding through the EU-funded BRIDGE Green Transition Grant Programme, administered by the Caribbean Export Development Agency.

This support will help us advance SarGas ONE, our demonstration facility in Grenada designed to transform sargassum and other organic waste into renewable energy and organic fertilizer. ♻️⚡

For us, this is another important step towards turning one of the Caribbean’s biggest environmental challenges into a resource — while developing sustainable, locally driven solutions for our region. 🌊🌿

🍌🥥♻️ What if yesterday’s food scraps could help cook tomorrow’s meal?

Our Biogas Demo Day brought that idea to life! Community members, businesses, farmers, students, and sustainability enthusiasts joined us to learn how everyday food waste, and even sargassum seaweed, can be converted into clean cooking gas and nutrient-rich biofertilizer.

One of the highlights was seeing Mr. Sandy cook a meal using biogas produced by the digester, demonstrating just how practical and effective this technology can be.

Thank you to everyone who came along, asked thoughtful questions, and took part in the discussions. It’s inspiring to see so much interest in solutions that can help reduce waste, produce renewable energy, and build a more sustainable future for Grenada and the wider Caribbean. 🌱🔥

From waste… to dinner 🍲🔥♻️

Last week we hosted our Biogas Demo Day with Sargas Limited and honestly… it was so cool to see everything come to life.

We fed the digester, saw the fertilizer come out, followed the gas line… and then actually used it to cook a full meal in our outdoor kitchen garden 🌿🔥

Like… your food scraps turning into fuel? Crazy (in the best way)
