Hot Mix Asphalt (HMA) is a durable, high-quality surface paving material produced by heating asphalt binder at around 150-180 and mixing it with aggregate for use on highways, roads, and airport runways.

You can experience the smooth feel and durability of our HMA on the Maurice Bishop Airport paved during the airport runaway upgrades in 2022-2023 and the recently paved Windsor Forest Road, paved in April 2026.

Known for its strength and weather resistance and durability, HMA is superior for use in our Caribbean conditions and offers superior long-term performance compared to alternative cold mix options. Our company does not supply nor use cold mix asphalt.

Collaborative planning for safer communities.

CCCCI has brought stakeholders together to discuss the proposed traffic management plan (TMP) for road construction activities, as part of the upcoming Southern St. George Water Supply Expansion Project – Lot 1.

The Traffic Management Plan outlines how traffic will be managed safely and efficiently during construction, minimizing disruptions and ensuring the safety of both workers and the public.

CCCCI engaged with key stakeholders, including the Royal Grenada Police Force and community members, to discuss traffic management and safety considerations for infrastructure works in the area.

These consultations ensure that the work is not only efficient but also considerate of residents and road users, in adherence with proper environmental and social management standards.

As we prepare to begin construction for the the Southern St. George Water Supply Expansion Project, an important stakeholder meeting was held on Tuesday 10th July, with Project team members from NAWASA Grenada, ALPHA Engineering, CCCCI and community stakeholders at the Concord waterfalls.
The Lot 1 Works involves the construction of a new water treatment plant at Concord, with the installation of upgraded pipelines from the existing plant to the main road.
By actively involving stakeholders, CCCCI has been able to gain valuable insights and enhance our ability to achieve the Project goals in partnership with the communities we serve.
