Yesterday was a day we'll remember for a long time. 🌟
We brought the entire SEERS Medical team together - office and warehouse - for a full company training and away day, and it was nothing short of brilliant.
The morning was packed with insightful presentations from our senior management team, giving everyone a clear window into each department and, most importantly, a shared understanding of where we're headed as a business. There's something powerful about a whole company sitting in the same room, hearing the same vision, and feeling that energy together.
The afternoon? Crystal Maze. 🏆 Teams mixed, laughed, competed, and - crucially - got to know each other properly. For some of our team members, it was the very first time they'd ever met face to face. That alone made the day worth it.
Days like this matter more than people realise. When your people understand the bigger picture, feel connected to their colleagues, and know their role in the journey ahead - that's when a company truly moves as one. Motivated, aligned, and ready.
