Well and truly been a graft today! We’ve been stripping out old ductwork, insulation and redundant plant from this roof so it can be repaired and the leaks sorted for good. Nearly two 8-yard skips filled so far, and still plenty more to go.

Not every job is glamorous, but proper prep like this is what lets the work get done right. Big shout out to the lads for putting the effort in. 💪

A busy gym is one of the most heavily used spaces there is, and the air conditioning works hard to keep up. As you can see, these cassette filters were well overdue a clean. We’ll be keeping everything running fresh, efficient and comfortable for the members all year round.

Seven courtrooms.
Twin and quad wall-mount splits, outdoor units up on the roof, long pipe runs through the voids, and a centralised controller tying the lot together.
This one wasn’t a 9–5. Live court site — tool sheets every shift, evenings into the early hours so each court could be finished and running before we moved on.

Hard job. Proper job. Proud of the team.

Another company milestone—and a personal one too! 🎉

On Monday we welcome a new starter: another engineer 👷. We now have two teams working under MBM Mechanical.

Since January we’ve grown steadily month after month 📈.
That growth first led us to take on another apprentice; now we’re adding another engineer so we can keep pace with the workload.

Upwards and onwards! 🚀

✅ Another job done and dusted in North Shields!

Just completed the installation of 14 wall mounts on a brand-new 2-pipe VRV system in modern offices.

Keeping the team cool in the heat ❄️ and warm when the colder weather finally arrives 🔥

As always — finished on time, with minimal disruption to the day-to-day running of the offices.

We look after everything from start to finish… not like those big companies that make empty promises. 💪

All 20 wall mounts are up and locked in place. ✅

Now for the tricky part: installing the services over the top of every unit and getting the whole system up and running. ⚙️

On Friday, we installed two Toshiba Haori units in a stunning luxury lodge for the team at ! ✨

These are Toshiba’s premium luxury range, and they really elevate the whole finish of the lodge. 😍
