Let’s go!! Planning approved for this warehouse development in Bootle. After finalising stage 4 works for the first phase our focus now shifts to the delivery! Working closely with the main contractor and design team to deliver another high quality development for our client.

We’re thrilled to see this project achieve PC down in Maple Cross. Two speculative industrial units totalling 180,000 sq ft, EPC A rating and Breeam very good. Significant effort by all involved. ADS provided civil, structural and geo environmental services from ribs stages 3 - 6 covering SUDS designs, continuous water monitoring & engineering for the main units with some onerous design constraints.
