We are looking to recruit a full-time Plant Fitter / Technician to join our existing team.

We run a mixture of JCB / Manitou / Hitachi / Volvo / Kubota / Takeuchi / Thwaites and Bomag machines.

Experience with Tier 4/5 JCB Telehandlers is essential.

Jaltest diagnostics and JCB Servicemaster will be provided.

We are based in Harrogate, North Yorkshire but have machines working throughout Yorkshire and further afield.

Ideally you will be based in North or West Yorkshire.

** Job Opportunity **

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Plant Hire & Parts / Service Administrator to join our busy office.

The role will encompass many tasks, mainly:

- Dealing with on / off hires, breakdowns and punctures etc.

- Notifying customers of damages and obtaining order numbers.

- Liaising with engineers to order correct parts.

- Keeping stores stocked with fast-moving parts.

The role requires high levels of attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and you will need to be highly organised.

Good computer skills and attention to detail will be essential, as will an excellent telephone manner with customers.

The candidate should be able to deal with high volumes of calls and emails whilst maintaining a thorough work ethic.

A good working knowledge of the Plant Hire and Construction industry would be preferred.
