Everyone at Arc-Tech MU was delighted to hear the news that yet another project, which was delivered utilising our expertise, is up for a very special award.

The Architects’ Journal is one of the most respected architectural publications in the world, and their annual awards are coveted amongst designers, so it's with great pleasure to state that Pine Place - designed by Reiach and Hall Architects and constructed by CCG Scotland Ltd- was recently announced as one of only six projects shortlisted for this year's AJ Architecture Housing Award (up to £10m).

A small but very cool affordable housing development delivered for New Gorbals Housing Association in the southside of Glasgow, 28 homes are now in place in place of a former health centre, and you can really see how the client and designer have come together to really deliver something special, while addressing the core needs of the tenants.

Arc-Tech MU is delighted to announce that no less than FIVE of our projects have reached the final of this year’s Herald Property Awards for Scotland.

From private housing in Glasgow to major urban regeneration schemes in West Dunbartonshire and North Lanarkshire that have helped to address localised demand for modern, energy-efficient affordable homes, we are extremely proud to have played a vital role in delivering some of the country’s most transformational mixed-tenure residential developments.

Wow! Architectural awards don't get much more prestigious than the RIBA Neave Brown housing award. St Andrew's Drive Phase 2 & 3 was one of MU's very first contracts, so seeing this development still recognised today is a proud moment for us and a testament to the delivery team.

If you have never seen it up close, now is the time to see the stunning landscaping strategy in full bloom!

A fantastic project for the MU team to be involved in!

Not only are we helping to bring a vacant brownfield site back into use through the creation of much-needed affordable homes, but we're also contributing towards a positive environmental legacy, with renewable technologies and advanced build standards combining to reduce operational carbon emissions and help lower tenants' future energy bills.

We’re delighted to be supporting CCG Scotland Ltd as construction gets underway on the next phase of the Athletes’ Village development in Dalmarnock.

Delivered on behalf of Thriving Investments’ New Avenue Living Scotland Fund, this exciting development will provide 58 high-quality two and three-bedroom affordable homes for mid-market rent, helping to meet the growing demand for quality, affordable housing in Glasgow.

Building on the legacy of the 2014 Commonwealth Games, the Athletes’ Village has become a thriving community and an important part of the continued regeneration of Glasgow’s East End.

This next phase will deliver high-quality two and three-bedroom homes, helping to create more affordable housing opportunities while supporting the growth of a vibrant, well-connected neighbourhood.

We’re proud to be involved in a project that delivers not only high-quality homes, but a lasting positive impact for the wider community.

From receiving multiple nominations to securing prestigious accolades, Arc-Tech MU is delighted to have seen so many of the developments we have supported gain industry recognition in recent weeks...

St Andrews Drive Phase 2 & 3 - wow! The 120-home project development for Southside Housing Association 🏡 not only won a coveted Scottish Home Awards last week, scooping 'Social Housing Development of the Year (Over 100 Units)', but it also secured a top architectural award from The Royal Incorporation of Architects in Scotland, granted to jmarchitects.

Whiteford Avenue - The 27-home project for Caledonia Housing Association also received a Scottish Home Award gong, beating stiff competition in the 'Housing Regeneration Development of the Year' category, while West Shore, a 56-home 'net zero ready' private housing development led by CCG Homes Ltd, was also Highly Commended for Starter Home of the Year.

Dundashill - The Dundashill Regeneration Masterplan has also been recognised by RTPI Scotland, securing 'Best Homes and Communities' at the recently held Awards for Planning Excellence. The first two residential phases were supported by our turnkey utilities services, including Scotland's largest Passivhaus-accredited development for West of Scotland Housing Association, and 78 homes for sale for igloo Regeneration!
