Since joining us straight from school as a Trainee Technician, Michael has worked his way up to Account Manager. He has built a wealth of knowledge across multiple departments along the way, shaping the deep expertise he brings to his role today. He has successfully led the development of a new business sector, transforming it into a strong and sustainable part of the organisation. Always approachable and well-respected by colleagues, Michael is a highly valued and trusted member of the team. His lasting impact on the company goes far beyond his daily responsibilities.
Not only has he forged trusted, long-standing client relationships, but he also played a pivotal role in W&H’s transition into Employee Ownership, stepping up to serve as one of our original Employee Directors.
