🔧 Double the dishwasher repairs, double the result!✅

GAC recently visited Unity Resort in Brean to look at two dishwashers, and both were repaired on the first visit! 🙌

Here's what was going on:

🔹 Maidaid dishwasher – a blown washer tank heating element.

🔹 Classeq dishwasher – a leaking air chamber.

Two different faults, both diagnosed and repaired without the need for a return visit.

When you're running a busy resort, the last thing you need is dishwashing equipment letting you down. Getting those machines back in action helps keep everything moving behind the scenes! 🍽️

🧊 A little refrigeration TLC at The Winking Prawn!

GAC recently visited The Winking Prawn to work on an Infrico undercounter fridge.

The fridge was leak tested and topped up with refrigerant. 🔧

In a busy kitchen, undercounter fridges are easy to take for granted - until they stop keeping things cool! 🥶

Keeping on top of refrigeration issues is important, as poor cooling can affect food storage and cause unnecessary disruption during a busy service.

If your commercial fridge isn't holding temperature as it should, it's worth getting it checked before the problem gets worse.

👀 How many of these are you guilty of?
