HFL Building Solutions Group is proud to have successfully delivered the replacement of the main LV Switchboard at Findel House.

This critical infrastructure replacement involved the supply and installation of a new custom-built LV Switchboard, including a 1250A incoming breaker and 630A outgoing breaker, designed to integrate with the site's existing electrical distribution network.

Working closely with our specialist partners and the local electricity network provider, the project included:

Removal and disposal of the existing switchboard
Delivery and installation of the new custom LV Switchboard
Dermination and connection of existing electrical infrastructure
Protection settings, testing and commissioning
Safe re-energisation of the building's electrical supply

Thanks to careful planning, coordination and a strong focus on safety, the project was completed successfully, providing the client with a reliable electrical distribution system.

An inspection of a healthcare facility’s heating infrastructure revealed significant plant obsolescence and a critical non compliant flue. HFL Building Solutions Group stepped in to replace the three failing legacy boilers and upgrade the flues within a live, occupied medical environment.

Managing the project through a structured, multi-phase timeline, engineers removed the outdated equipment, installed a modern, high-efficiency heating solution and performed rigorous BMS verification, pre and post installation commissioning and flow balancing. The completed upgrade ensures full regulatory compliance and long-term operational safety without disrupting daily clinical services.
