A big thank you to Xylem, Daniel, Kevin and Max for spending the day at Empire Pumps HQ last week for some HydrovarX / product training.

The demonstration van allowed us to get up close with Xylem products and gain practical experience programming the new integrated HydrovarX variable-speed drive.

It was great to catch up, share some ideas and ask plenty of questions on the product range. We ended the training with a BBQ and a couple of beers in the sun ☀️

Thanks again for the visit. We look forward to putting what we've learned into practice and working together on some OEM projects. 🤝

Ben has now been part of the Empire Pumps team for over six months, and in that time, he's developed a strong understanding of our products, industries, and the customers we support.

Assembling, testing pumps, packing orders and helping ensure that every shipment leaves on time, Ben plays a key role in keeping the warehouse and despatch running smoothly.

It was great to see everybody at the CHEMUK exhibition this year!

Another successful couple of days at the NEC, meeting lots of new faces and catching up with those we already know. Discussing lots of exciting upcoming projects and opportunities where Empire can support.

Empire’s range of Vertical Sealless Pumps are manufactured for use with many solution transfer and recirculation applications. Our unique pump design features unlimited run dry capability and can handle aggressive chemical applications without issue. 💪

Vertical Sealless Pumps are commonly used with chemicals such as sulphuric, hydrochloric, and nitric acids and are regularly installed on fume scrubber towers, effluent treatment pits and neutralisation pits. For higher capacity applications, our larger models can achieve up to 3000 lpm.

We offer a selection of filtration systems constructed from durable materials such as polypropylene, CPVC, & PVDF. This ensures compatibility with both alkaline and acid-based solutions and is specifically manufactured to operate with plating solutions such as nickel, zinc, chrome and copper plating. 💧🔩

Our mini filtration system is fitted with a 1 x 20’’ filter cartridge. Our large chambers house 18 x 30’’ filter cartridges and can achieve filtration system flow rates up to 40,000 l/hr. ⚙️
