Cattani Smart suction systems utilise an industry first variable speed drive, reducing noise, heat and power consumption, and are supplied with a 3 year warranty on all major components (subject to Terms & Conditions of servicing schedule). All Cattani Smart Suction systems must be registered on the SmartApp upon installation. All amalgam separators are fully ISO11143 and Bautechnik Compliant. A full range of accessories and hygiene consumables are available to complement the systems. Cattani compressors are renowned throughout the industry for their performance and reliability. Our compressor receivers are coated internally with BioCote® Silver Ion Technology which delivers highly effective protection against microbes such as bacteria and mould. Permanent antimicrobial protection, Guaranteed. The exterior is coated with an electrostatic paint. Cattani use the simplest drying system which has a self-purging drying column, requiring minimum maintenance. Cattani compressors when correctly specified will deliver the minimum requirements of 50 litres/minute per chair (at 5bar pressure) when running simultaneously. All compressors are supplied with a 5 year warranty on all major components (subject to Terms & Conditions of servicing schedule). Established in 1967, Cattani S.p.A. is now a leader in the dental field, exporting its range of products to all continents. After becoming a publicly limited company in 1981, Cattani S.p.A. founded the associated company Esam, extending the group’s business activities into the industrial field. In 2003 Cattani S.p.A. launched Magnolia, a chemical company specialising in the production of detergent disinfectant products for surgery instruments and, in particular, dental aspiration systems. The Cattani-Esam group designed and manufactured one of the scientific components in the famous NASA space shuttle. Due to our reputation for reliability, Ferrari Engineering (Italian Space Agency) chose us as one of its prestigious suppliers for the production of a 180 gram compressor, which reached a pressure of 38 bar. The group has also taken part in the Eurostar project, the pride of the Italian railway system, producing the train’s pressurization system.
