Sourced from the renowned Ngila Estate on the slopes of Tanzania’s Ngorongoro Crater, this coffee is grown at 1,500–1,600 metres above sea level using environmentally sustainable farming practices. “Boiling water makes better coffee…” False! ❌

Using boiling water can actually burn your coffee, leaving it tasting bitter instead of smooth and flavourful. For the perfect brew, water should be just off the boil, around 90–96°C, helping bring out the best flavours and aromas from the beans without scorching them.
