Every great gym starts with a vision.

After a long search, Tilly Barrett and her family finally found the perfect unit to bring that vision to life and create what is now CrossFit Dambusters.

When Tilly approached MCR, the brief was simple—just a few dimensions sketched on a sheet of A4 paper. From those initial ideas, we worked together to develop a concept, create detailed visualisations, and ultimately manufacture a stunning pair of fully bespoke commercial rigs.

Built right here in the UK, every detail was tailored to CrossFit Dambusters' exact requirements, from the layout and functionality through to the custom powder-coated finish, perfectly matched to their brand colours.

We recently designed a set of heavy duty wall mounting brackets for a horizontal pegboard for CrossFit One More Rep . The brackets place the pegboard 400mm away from the wall to allow more space when learning to traverse.
