• Choose the Right Meat: For juicy burgers, opt for ground beef with a fat content of around 80/20 (80% lean, 20% fat). The fat keeps the burger moist and flavourful during cooking.

• Don’t Overwork the Patty: When forming your burger patties, handle the meat gently and avoid over-mixing. This helps maintain tenderness and prevents the patties from becoming tough. Aim for about ¾-inch thickness for even cooking.
