⛷️ BAUER Group Ski Day in Kaltenbach, Austria!
The day started early: Mr. Bauer personally came at 6:00 a.m. to see the group off before heading to the slopes in Kaltenbach, Zillertal (Tyrol). The reward: blue skies, perfect snow and fantastic skiing conditions.
Between the runs, everyone enjoyed soaking up the sunshine at the beautiful mountain huts – the perfect way to recharge.
In the evening the team gathered at the Postalm for dinner and après-ski together with colleagues from BAUER Austria. The atmosphere quickly turned into a real highlight of the day with great music, lots of laughter and plenty of dancing. 🕺🎶
Conclusion: A fantastic day full of sunshine, great skiing and true BAUER team spirit.

Across the BAUER GROUP, we take pride in recognizing the people whose dedication shapes our success. BAUER KOMPRESSOREN GmbH and UNICCOMP GmbH recently celebrated their annual service anniversaries, honoring team members with milestones ranging from 10 years to an outstanding 45 years of service. A highlight of the evening was the recognition of Mr. Drexel for an incredible 45-year career with BAUER.
Jubilarians and their partners enjoyed a warm evening with a shared dinner, personal acknowledgments, and the presentation of certificates and gifts. The celebrations continued with memorable conversations and stories that reflect decades of commitment.

Underwater photographer Gerald Nowak’s recent expedition to the Maldives relied on BAUER KOMPRESSOREN MARINER compressors aboard Horizon 3’s dhoni. The MARINER units supplied safe, clean breathing air and nitrox, ensuring divers could fully focus on encounters with manta rays and whale sharks.
