Giving back to the community, together. 💙

For FRAMOS Social Day 2026, our Munich team joined forces to support Die Elly (Evang. Familien-Bildungsstätte elly) a local organization that supports families, parents, and children through educational programs, counseling services, and community activities. It was a great opportunity to give back while working together outside the office.

This year's FRAMOS Croatia Summer Party was all about teamwork, good vibes and a bit of friendly competition. ☀️

The main event of the evening was a Murder Mystery challenge, where teams had to solve a fictional crime by collecting clues, unlocking different rooms and exchanging information with other teams along the way. There was plenty of strategizing, negotiating and teamwork involved before the mystery was finally solved. 🕵️

After the winners were announced, it was time to relax and enjoy the rest of the evening. Between dinner, our core values cocktail stand, Beer Pong and lots of dancing, there was something for everyone.

A great summer evening spent together outside the office, with plenty of laughs and memorable moments along the way. 🍹🎉

FRAMOS sets the company up for scale, appointing Dr. Frederik Schönebeck as Co-CEO alongside Dr. Andreas Franz to strengthen embedded vision leadership.

The appointment supports FRAMOS' transition from a component supplier to a provider of system-ready embedded vision solutions.

The company is sharpening its focus on modular camera systems, scalable European manufacturing, and reliable lifecycle-supported solutions across various applications. Dr. Schönebeck will also continue as Vice President Product & Technology, reinforcing FRAMOS' commitment to developing scalable systems that deliver consistent performance in real-world environments.

FRAMOS continues to build its leadership team with Claudia Unterhuber as Vice President Operations & M&A, Helke Grund as Vice President People & Organization, and Ugur Kilic as Vice President Sales & Marketing. These appointments support continuity, customer focus, and operational scale as the company enters its next growth stage.
