🔧Project update - part 2 ⚙️

Last week we gave you a sneak peek at a custom mobile nitrogen booster system currently taking shape. 👀

This week, we’re one step closer to the finished product: designed to deliver high-pressure nitrogen in a compact transportable package💨📦

These units pack a lot of capability into a surprisingly small footprint. Every component has been carefully selected and integrated to ensure reliability, portability and ease of use in demanding environments.

While we can’t show you the nitty gritty details, it’s great to see the design coming together and taking shape. Stay tuned for part 3 as we get even closer to the finished product. ✅

Safety Tip - Always ensure breathing air cylinders are clearly labelled and only filled with air that meets the required breathing air standards. 💨

Using contaminated or incorrectly filled cylinders can pose serious health risks. Regular inspection, testing and maintenance of your breathing air equipment helps keep users safe and compliant. ✅

Brydan might be new to the team, but he's already ticking all the right boxes:
✅Early is on time
✅Always up for an island or remote work trip
✅Ready for the workshop banter and the occasional "quick job"
✅Thinks ignoring pressure vessel inspections is far more dangerous than skipping your morning coffee (he'll fit in just fine)

When he's not at work, you'll likely find him skateboarding, fishing or cooking up something good. His go-to snack is an apple and his drink of choice is Red Bull.

One thing we've learnt? Brydan admits computers and him don't always see eye-to-eye. 😆

🔧 PROJECT SPOTLIGHT — PART 1 🔧

Here’s a sneak peek at a custom project currently in production 👀

These compact units are / will be mobile nitrogen booster systems — designed to provide high pressure nitrogen supply in a lightweight, transportable setup for remote field operations.

Each system will consist of:
✔️ A portable booster and control case
✔️ A second case housing two lightweight 9L carbon fibre nitrogen cylinders
✔️ A compact design built for mobility and reliability in demanding environments

Due to the nature of the project, we can’t show too much detail… but we can say these systems are engineered for real-world use where portability and performance matter 💨

⚠️ Don't just throw out an old breathing air pressure vessel ⚠️

Any air pressure vessel or cylinder can remain extremely dangerous if not properly decommissioned before disposal.

Before disposal, pressure vessels should be: (dot points)
✔️Fully depressurised
✔️ Clearly condemned or marked out of service
✔️ Valves removed where required
✔️ Rendered unusable to prevent accidental re-use
✔️ Disposed of in accordance with relevant regulations and scrap metal requirements.

An incorrectly disposed pressure vessel can still pose serious explosion risk if someone unknowingly attempts to refill or reuse it. 👀

When in doubt, speak to a qualified breathing air technician before disposal. Safety doesn't stop once equipment reaches end of life💨
