With limited availability of replacement parts in Australia, we redesigned and manufactured a replacement lever for the adjustable intake runners on a Yamaha VMAX 1700.

This part was manufactured using PAHT-CF, offering excellent strength and thermal resistance —making it well-suited for intake conditions and potential fuel exposure.

No refinment here, we went for chunky and strong. All delivered to the customer within 24hrs.

Custom air intake for a Coyote-swapped Ford BA Falcon.

3D printed in PAHT-CF and engineered to handle the 500+ hp this engine puts down.

The process started with an engine bay and bonnet scan, followed by in-house CAD design and manufacturing of a custom cold air intake and airbox.

Nylon CF vs 316 stainless steel, printed using SLS. The stainless is more than 6 times more dense and up to 8 times stronger thanks the nylon.

We had a customer come to us with these nylon pieces breaking on his aftermarket lightbar install in his Silverado. Safe to say, there will be no issues now.
