Twin Volvo Penta D4 Seawater & Heat Exchanger Overhaul

In this video, we take you through a seawater and heat exchanger overhaul on a twin Volvo Penta D4 installation.

We remove, inspect, clean and overhaul the cooling system components to help ensure reliable engine cooling and prevent issues caused by corrosion, scale and restricted seawater flow.

A good example of the preventative maintenance that can make a big difference to the reliability and service life of a marine engine.
