Spot the difference. The character stayed.

The two owners of this Thornbury period home wanted different things. One was focused on better thermal efficiency and less outside noise. The other, a real estate director and auctioneer, wasn’t willing to compromise on street appeal.

THE PROBLEM: They could find windows that suited the home’s appearance, or options that offered the insulation and noise reduction they wanted. They just couldn’t find both in the same window—until they found Nu-Eco Windows.

A BEAUTIFUL ANTHRACITE GREY TRANSFORMATION IN ROWVILLE

These new Anthracite Grey uPVC double-glazed windows have given John and Maureen’s Rowville home a sharper, more contemporary appearance, while sitting beautifully alongside the existing render, brickwork and roofline.

White Ash uPVC sash-insert awning double glazed windows were installed across the living, dining and study areas. Their painted-timber appearance and sculptured profiles sit naturally within the existing window boxes, architraves and traditional internal detailing.

Behind that familiar appearance is a high-performance 28mm double-glazed unit comprising toughened glass, a 20mm argon-filled cavity and Passive Low-E glass coating.
