Stage 2 C63s done right 🔥

Chris fitted a set of our Revhigh heatshielded downpipes to his 2020 Mercedes-Benz C63s W205 V8 over a few drinks with his mates 🍻

Once installed, the car came in for a custom dyno tune. Chris specifically requested a very safe setup, with sound and drivability being the main priority over chasing maximum power.

Build includes:
✔ Revhigh heatshielded downpipes
✔ Custom dyno tune
✔ CPC untouched
✔ Factory drivability retained

📈 Dyno Results:
Initial: 320kW at the wheels
First tune: 401kW at the wheels
Final setup: 386kW at the wheels

We purposely dialed the tune back to keep the setup safe, reliable, and enjoyable for everyday driving — while still delivering a huge improvement in response, torque, and AMG V8 sound 👌

Ben is back with another track weapon for us to work on 🔥

This time, it’s a Renault Megane RS Trophy Edition in for tuning and optimisation. We managed to smooth out the torque dip after WOT, increase the limiters, and correct the fueling for a much sharper and more responsive setup.

📈 Before:
178.3kW / 439.1Nm

📈 After:
219.3kW / 511.7Nm

That’s a gain of +41kW and +72.6Nm 💪

The result? A far more usable powerband and a car that should comfortably shave around 5 seconds per lap 👀🏁
