NPS 300 TIPPER BUILD BREAKDOWN โ PART ONE ๐
You guys loved the reel on this build, so as promised โ hereโs part one of the photo run-through from this NPS tipper we wrapped up late last year. There were honestly too many epic components to fit in one postโฆ but letโs be real โ whoโs ever getting sick of looking at this thing anyway ๐
This is one our team is seriously proud of. We worked closely with Rohan from Superior Building to bring together what ended up being a dream build for both him and us. He came with a solid list of must-haves, trusted our vision, and this is what happens when client and fabricator are properly on the same page ๐ค
Styling-wise, this one absolutely blew it out of the water:
๐ฆ Twin headboard ladders
๐ฆ Custom rear builders rack that integrates into the headboard (more on that in Part 2 ๐)
๐ฆ Colour-coded tray sides with stainless capping โ plus stainless across the builders rack for longevity
๐ฆ Blacked-out stainless hardware throughout to tie everything together โ itโs the little things ๐ฎโ๐จ
๐ฆ Colour-coded toolbox doors
๐ฆ Laser-cut headboard infill with 2ร STEDI work lights integrated ๐ก
๐ฆ Cargo track along the tray sides for tarp hooks + extra tie-down flexibility
๐ฆ Heavy-duty flush-mount D-rings in the floor
๐ฆ Full Raptor coat finish on the deck, headboard and inner tray sides โ built to work, not just look pretty ๐ช
Rohan also let us trial a new tailboard design on this build (featuring the Drakkon lights). Youโll probably see more of this design coming โ keen to hear what you reckon ๐
Marker lights plus additional STEDI flush-mount work lights keep everything compliant, visible and ready to work day or night ๐
Plenty more to cover on this one, so keep an eye out for Part 2 where weโll dive further into the technical side and keep breaking this build down ๐ง
