NPS 300 TIPPER BUILD BREAKDOWN — PART ONE 👀

You guys loved the reel on this build, so as promised — here’s part one of the photo run-through from this NPS tipper we wrapped up late last year. There were honestly too many epic components to fit in one post… but let’s be real — who’s ever getting sick of looking at this thing anyway 😂

This is one our team is seriously proud of. We worked closely with Rohan from Superior Building to bring together what ended up being a dream build for both him and us. He came with a solid list of must-haves, trusted our vision, and this is what happens when client and fabricator are properly on the same page 🤝

Styling-wise, this one absolutely blew it out of the water:

🦘 Twin headboard ladders
🦘 Custom rear builders rack that integrates into the headboard (more on that in Part 2 👀)
🦘 Colour-coded tray sides with stainless capping — plus stainless across the builders rack for longevity
🦘 Blacked-out stainless hardware throughout to tie everything together — it’s the little things 😮‍💨
🦘 Colour-coded toolbox doors
🦘 Laser-cut headboard infill with 2× STEDI work lights integrated 💡
🦘 Cargo track along the tray sides for tarp hooks + extra tie-down flexibility
🦘 Heavy-duty flush-mount D-rings in the floor
🦘 Full Raptor coat finish on the deck, headboard and inner tray sides — built to work, not just look pretty 💪

Rohan also let us trial a new tailboard design on this build (featuring the Drakkon lights). You’ll probably see more of this design coming — keen to hear what you reckon 👇

Marker lights plus additional STEDI flush-mount work lights keep everything compliant, visible and ready to work day or night 🌙

Some of the best moments in this job don’t happen in the workshop — they happen right here.

Standing back at handover, shoulder to shoulder with a customer, both of us just taking it in. From the very first conversation — talking through ideas, needs, and a vision — to this moment where that vision is sitting there in front of us, finally brought to life..

There’s a lot of blood, sweat, and late nights that go into builds like this. Not because we have to… but because we genuinely care about getting it right for the people who trust us with their pride and joy. Seeing that look of disbelief, excitement, and pure stoke at handover never gets old.

We don’t just build trays and canopies — we go on the journey with our customers from day one, and moments like this are exactly why we love what we do.
