Unlike many businesses that simply buy imported trailers and rebadge them as their own, our imported trailer range is built to Australian designs and specifications, with durability, performance, and engineering at the forefront of every build.

✔️ Oversized axles across the range, with Ford bearings as a minimum on our 750kg models and parallel bearings on larger models. All bearings are quality Japanese-made and fitted right here in Australia.

✔️ 5-leaf springs on our 750kg trailers, with 7 or 9-leaf spring packs fitted to larger models for superior load carrying capacity.

✔️ Double hot-dip galvanised for maximum corrosion resistance and long service life.

✔️ While our galvanised trailer frames are manufactured overseas to our specifications, all major components are sourced locally and assembled here in Australia. This includes electrics, bearings, couplings, wheels, nuts, bolts, and hardware.

✔️ Minimum 2mm steel construction throughout the range, with some components built from up to 5mm steel where required.

At Coffs Metal Works we don’t just do a pre-delivery check — we go the extra mile. Every trailer gets full bearing and brake servicing before delivery, including upgrading bearings to quality Japanese-made components and ensuring the braking system is ready to perform when it hits the road.

Massive day here with 3 deliveries out the gate and another 3 heading out tomorrow, while 6 more builds push towards completion:

1. Aluminium tinny house trailer frame nearing completion
2. Full rebuild on a 5.7m aluminium boat trailer, now being fitted with skids and all the finishing touches
3. 6 berry boxes officially underway after today’s deliveries
4. Brand-new fully aluminium flatbed now being fitted onto wheels
5. 10x5 aluminium box trailer currently being welded up
6. Rollover boat repair in full swing, with floors, sides, and roof sections removed and being rebuilt

Busy, busy, busy — and we wouldn’t have it any other way. Plenty of happy customers and the workflow is flowing strong.
