Never underestimate the strength of the little dowel and great engineering. The winning team, nearly didn't make it and almost got their bridge disqualified, but with some clever footwork and quick thinking, built a bridge that carried a weight of 107.2 kg. WELL DONE TO HOëRSKOOL BRACKENFELL (Brakenfell High school). Not far behind, in second place was Domino Servite with a bridge carrying 98.7 kg and in third place St John College whose bridge carried 87.7 kg. Congratulations to all the winners, and well done to the 16 other teams.
