One of the things we find interesting about a setup like this is that every office is private, but none of them feel closed in.

That's really the point of using glass to divide a space. You keep the daylight and the openness of the floor, and people still get a room of their own to focus in.

The curved glass on the corner is a nice touch too, because it shows how far you can push transparency while the glass is still doing structural work.

Frameless glass across every level means a shopper can read all three floors at once and move through the centre the way the architects intended them to. The ACP-clad columns hold the counterweight- presence where the space needs an anchor.

One of the things we love about AI is the ability to take the crazy ideas we have and imagine what it would look like if it were real.

This is one of those crazy ideas.

A building, made completely of glass and aluminium for climbers to traverse the interior and exterior.

Within it are restaurants and shops for those to also enjoy their time at while the more adventurous family members and partners, climb to the top, all while seeing you and you seeing them.
