Are you passionate about **motorcycles, racing cars, mountain bikes and motorsport**? Do you have a mechanical mindset, enjoy working with your hands and want to build a career in the suspension industry?

We’re looking for our next **Junior Technical Suspension Technician** to join our team in the Milnerton area, Cape Town.

🔧 What we’re looking for:

* Matric certificate — preferably from a technical school
* OR Tertiary TEVT Education in Technical subjects
* Good command of **English and Afrikaans**
* Valid car or motorcycle licence
* Non-smoker
* Lives close to the **Milnerton area**
* Honest, reliable and eager to learn
* Willing to put in the hours and work hard
* Able to work under pressure and take direction from experienced team members
* A genuine interest in **motorsport**
* Basic understanding of tools and workshop equipment — you’ll be tested on this
* Friendly, professional and comfortable dealing with customers

🏁 What we offer:

You **don’t need to know everything** — we will teach you the suspension side of the job.

However, candidates with a good background in basic tooling, mechanical work and a natural technical ability will definitely stand out.

This is an opportunity to work in an exciting motorsport technical environment, with exposure to **motorcycles, race car suspension, mountain bikes and performance suspension such as Öhlins.

A huge thank you to Akira Nakai for bringing his legendary craftsmanship to our shores and putting smiles on the faces of thousands of Porsche enthusiasts throughout the weekend. Watching this masterpiece come to life was something truly special.

We are incredibly proud that Öhlins was part of this iconic build, supplying the suspension for South Africa’s very first RWB Porsche.

Now the rumours have started... 👀 We hear there may be a second RWB build on the horizon. Who will it be? Nobody knows just yet. But one thing is certain—if Nakai-san returns to South Africa, we’ll be there again, ready to be part of history.
